We will be holding the BUDDINA COLOUR FUN DAY as a major fundraising event this year on Saturday 24th November 8am – 11am on the Buddina State School oval. We’re doing it to raise much needed money for KAWANA NIPPERS.

ONLINE FUNDRAISING
Yes! You read right… no door knocking. Firstly, go to schoolfundraising.com.au, click on the ‘Student Sign Up’ button and create a student profile page for your child, ensuring you select ‘Kawana Surf Club Nippers – Buddina’ as your school. ‘Everything to do with your fundraising revolves around this page. Once you have completed this, read through your Sponsorship Form booklet, which has instructions on how to raise money and order prizes. Yes! Prizes! The best people to ask for sponsorship are people you know (e.g. friends, family, work colleagues and neighbours). All donations are tax deductible and super easy to make online using either credit card or paypal. Once signed up, share your link on social media and raise more funds.

AWESOME PRIZES
There are awesome prizes for all money raised; starting at $10 – that means everyone who raises just $10 not only receives a wristband to attend and run the course at the BUDDINA COLOUR FUN DAY they are also eligible for one prize for their efforts. Woo Hoo! The more money they raise the better their prize can be! A list of all prizes available can be found in the Sponsorship Form booklet. They could get all sorts of prizes, from handballs or squishy balls, right through to an X-Box or a Hoverboard!

GETTING INVOLVED
Everyone is welcome at this family fun day and we would love to welcome parents and family members to attend. Not only can you support the Kawana Nippers and Buddina State School with your sponsorship – but you can join in on the fun! OTHER INFO
- Wristbands (for those who raise $10 or more) to run the course will be available for collection from Kawana Surf Club on Friday November 23rd from 3-7 pm ONLY. Only those with wristbands will be able to run the course.
- Children 5 years or under are free when accompanied by an adult with a wristband.
- Spectators and parents are welcome to come and watch their child.
- The colour powder is made of natural food colour and natural corn starch. It will easily wash out of clothes and off skin.
- Toilets on site .
- Street parking available.
- Food and Drinks available on the day.
