Please arrive at KAWANA AQUATIC CENTRE at 9am for your pool proficiency, then head to MOOLOOLABA beach after for your beach proficiency.
U6-U7: pool proficiency only
U8-U13: both

9-10: kawana Aquatic Centre
10-11: Mooloolaba beach (spit end) across from yacht club

*If you are getting your pool swim signed off by your swim coach, please have your correct form filled out and BRING to your beach swim or hand in to club beforehand. Form available on app.
*You MUST have the correct forms and proficiency done. This is a surf lifesaving Australia rule.
