POOL
Our pool swim proficiency will be held at Kawana Aquatic from 8:15am -9:15am. For U6-U13.

You must register a timeslot by calling the surf office on 5444 8642

You can find the pool swim requirements on our app in Documents.

BEACH
Nippers in U8-U13 must also pass an ocean run-swim-run. The requirements of this can be found below. Location: MOOLOOLABA SPIT

Nippers must be signed off at pool proficiency before participating beach proficiency.

Beach Proficiency Swim Times

10am – U8 wade.
10:10 – U9-U10 run swim run 50m
10:30 – U11-U13 run swim run 100m

An extra ocean swim must be completed for nippers who wish to compete at carnivals this season.

10:45 – U9-U10 comp swim 150m
10:50 – U11-U13 comp swim 200m

*Second chance swims on the day will be done from 11am onwards. If your child fails a swim and wants to trial again you must hang around.

11:00 U9-10 second chance run swim run
11:10 U11-13 second chance run swim run

times are subject to running of the program. Please arrive early. If your child does not pass their pool or beach proficiency, contact us for options on how to move forward.

Nipper families must be registered and paid to attend proficiencies.
