Hello Nipper Families and Volunteers
Before we close the books on another season, we are now reconciling the Volunteer Levy.

What is the Volunteer Levy? A $50 volunteer levy is incorporated into each family membership. To be eligible for a refund of the volunteer levy you must demonstrate at least one of the following contributions to Kawana Surf Club Nipper program per family: Committee Member, Coach, Age Manager, Age Manager Assistant, NAA, Water Safety, Official or Super Volunteer (in other ways not listed).

There are 3 options with the Volunteer Levy:
1. Complete the form, tick YES, list your volunteer duties, and include your bank details to claim the volunteer levy refund.
2. Complete the form, and tick NO, to request a tax deductible receipt and leave the levy as a donation to the club.
3. Do nothing, and the volunteer levy will be kept as a donation to the club, with no tax receipt issued.
