Hello Nipper Families and Volunteers
Before we close the books on another season, we are now reconciling the Volunteer Levy.

What is the Volunteer Levy? A $50 volunteer levy is incorporated into each family membership. To be eligible for a refund of the volunteer levy you must demonstrate at least one of the following contributions to Kawana Surf Club Nipper program per family: Committee Member, Coach, Age Manager, Age Manager Assistant, NAA, Water Safety, Official or Super Volunteer (in other ways not listed).

To claim your $50 Volunteer Levy refund (one per family membership) please reply with :
1. Yes, I would like to claim the $50 Volunteer levy back.
2. List or briefly describe how you have volunteered for nippers this season (ie: I was an age manager).
3. Include your bank details so that our accounts team can action the refund.

Alternatively, if you do not wish to claim the Volunteer Levy back, a tax-deductible general donation receipt can be issues by the club, upon request. If you wish to leave your $50 Volunteer Levy as a donation, please reply with:
1. No, I will leave my $50 Volunteer Levy as a general donation to the club, please send me a tax-deductible receipt.

The deadline for both of these items is 5pm Wednesday 3 April 2024.

If we do not hear from you at all, your $50 Volunteer Levy will be considered a donation. Thank you for a wonderful season.

If you missed out this season, be sure to jump into a volunteer role next season, to claim the levy.
